Performance

Performances of all varieties are an integral part of Waldorf education.

Throughout their Waldorf career, our students take the stage to share music, movement, puppetry, theater, and lectures, cultivating a deep sense of confidence and courage from an early age.

At CWHS, students produce their own plays from start to finish, write and perform monologues, choreograph movement pieces, play music at our seasonal concerts, and present the results of their yearlong senior projects.

Take

center stage

Because of our fully inclusive curriculum, every student is asked, at some point in their CWHS career, to perform on stage. While some students take to the stage with ease, others find it a challenge at first. That’s okay! What we’ve discovered is that, no matter who you are, you’ll leave CWHS with the ability to command a room with confidence and comfort.
